The attitude with the young service are very nonchalant they don't give you eye contact and they don't speak or anything at all but the owner is very kind to everyone and he tries his best to treat everyone with respect I think his only problem is trying to keep the business in the family family has a way of taking advantage of you sometimes
All family probably around each other too much
I agree with Teresa too many family members and none of them are mature and what they're doing need to be taught how to greet customers
You're a Sista and so are they, and you want CS from the hood? I think you can still find some of that at a Black church.
They are young and need customer service training.
