My boyfriend and I recently departed, we resided together, therefore our LINK account was together (in one card) He has the card, what do I need to do?

You need to contact your local office and unform them you are no longer together and u need a new card because he has the old one. You may need to refill out some papers for the new account

Please call the office to report changes. You may also go online to abe.gov and apply for benefits or report to the local office.
