Planning to go to Dark-SKY park at night to stargaze. It says the park closes at 9pm. Is this accurate?

Good Morning - the main portion of the preserve does close at 9pm. Therefore, if you are not camping we suggest that you go to the North Waterfowl Mgt. Area. There is a small parking lot that is open 24/7 and you can view the sky from there. CCFPD does not provide telescopes or any amenities. The physical address of this location is 2554 CR 3500 N, Penfield, IL 61862. Enjoy!

I've been there all hours of night to take photos, but it does TECHNICALLY close at 9. Someone somewhere else suggested going to the north waterfowl management area for night sky viewing, which is slightly separate from the main park but is on Google maps if you look north of the main park.
