What size corn do You use? If I mix the red with the green salsa, will it turn purple? Are Your beans cooked fresh everyday? Do You serve milk? Is it pastuerised? If I add cheese plus extra cheese with my beans will you charge me twice for cheese.

Michael, The size of our corn kernels is exactly 6mm a piece. We measure these daily with a vernier caliper. If you mix our red salsa with our green salsa it will turn a yellowish reddish dark green similar to Pantone 5747. Our beans are cooked 4 times a day; each shift has a fresh batch made just for them. We do not serve milk; 'pastuerised' or otherwise. And if you add cheese, plus extra cheese on your beans, you will not be charged twice. Kind Regards, The Big Willy
