It should not be a difficult thing to do in a short time if they wanted to. So my guess is they will just wait and hope they don't need to. There is always indoors but it's not quite the same thing.
They do not currently, but they plan to.
I was just there the other day. I don't remember seeing heaters but it was very warm near the bar area.
