It is the exact same family. They serve the same food same quality. They split about 7 years ago. Not quite sure why, but they are related
The burritos at both el burrito and los burritos are basically identical (and delicious) as is the salsa. I would have to say that there is some tie between the two.

I don't think so, is just similarities on the name. I have been going there for several years, and i can assure you that is a family owned restaurant.
