I've had no problems. They charge me once a month as scheduled. Go in and talk to them.
You must be on a monthly plan. I love this place!
I have been using Finish line since 2015 never had a problem had the auto plan never been over charged and always was able to get customer service with any questions completely satisfied..
Wow not sure however they is always someone there to assist. Try go back to speak to someone. Not sure why you are having these issues. God bless you 🙏
