I had tag on purse and to didnt give me credit because they said it wasn't in their system to take it back where I got it maybe they would have it. Seriously?

I did a review. If you want a question then shouldn't tj maxx accept a return after xmas when you have the price tag on the purse? Why is the purse not in the system when the tag us right there?
