just went to The Factory today, 4 July 2021, was told no undercarriage wash, even though the sign says so, two of the workers told us this.
Yes we do have an undercarriage spray that has a rust inhibitor included. The top 3 washes all include this option.
Try giving them a call. They have several options so I'd hope that was one of them but not sure. I always am very pleased with the cheap option..
