That depends on what type of game console u have if u have regular xbox or xbox 360 or better u can connect the controllers to the system either by pluggin them to the charger cord after u put batter pack on the controller or u can do it by another way..on the top of the controller were the charger plugs in at rite beside that is a little circle that u can push to reconnect theres also one on system by the pull out tray push the two buttons togather and it should connect...now if U already had it connected n it looses connection to system it could b the battery pack needs to b replaced. Im having a little trouble with this part myself
There is a small sync button on the xbox its self as well as the controller. Turn the controller on then press and hold both since buttons till the light on the controller stops blinking
