They'll work with you, but you need a down, they were taking $500, now payments are high.
Drive time will work with you and yes they will need a down payment if your credit is not great. If it is lots of other places will prob work with you but with a much lower interest rate. Drive time is mostly for people with less than great credit. Also at $2200 a month its going to depend on what area you live in and what the cost of living is there. I live in middle TN and bring home over $3300 a month and my wife also used her income on top of that. We still needed $1200 down because it cost so much to live in this area were in. Also the vehicle we chose had issues 3 months later that caused it to lose all its oil and destroyed the engine. The full warranty after interest was going to be $8000 by the time the loan was paid off so we opted out of it. There were recalls on it and even though they claim to do a 120 point inspection on all vehicles they failed to tell us. We failed to look ourselves and now we can't get help from drivetime or GM so we're involved in a class action suit.
DriveTime will be your best friend, but only if you bring a sizeable down payment 😉
Drive Time they will work with you but like the other person said they don't tell you how much you completely paying until the very end of the transaction.
They will get you into a car likley. But the terms are not desirable.
