Why is it that everyday the ice cream machine is always broken after 7pm? Is it actually broken or is it because they're being to lazy and don't want to clean it? I also had terrible experience about a year ago in regards to kids cones in drive up...

I know it's not. If it was, they should make it known they don't serve ice cream after 7pm instead of lying to customers that it's "broken". It's been absurd. I also sent complaint last year about baby comes through drive-thru to owner and never got response.

Ask the Manger and the owner if that is restaurant policy.
