At Mimosa, we are taking serious safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid and protect our guests. Our tables are spread out. Our booths are divided by taller barriers. We ask that our guests call before coming into the building to prevent people from gathering at the entrance of the restaurant. Tables, chairs, and any other surfaces are sanitized after any guest uses them. Items such as salt and pepper shakers, ketchup bottles, syrup dispensers, etc, are all sanitized after each use. Menus are also sanitized after each use. Surfaces within the kitchen are constantly being sanitized and disinfected. Masks are required when entering our building until you are seated. All of our staff are required to wear masks at all time. We also do temperature checks of our staff members at the beginning of each shift. Hand washing has always been important practice for all of our staff. We also provide hand sanitizer in various spots throughout our building for anyone to use.
Tables/guests are spread out. Call ahead to get name on list and wait until text is received that table is ready. Masks required when walking in. Staff wears mask all the time. Hand sanitizer station available by the door.
