What is your "ice" to "drink" distribution??? For a "Large" Cold Brew??? Because I ordered a Large Cold Brew and from the bottom to the top of the cup was filled with ice...and then a can of Cold Brew was added...??? So basically my drink was ice???

You can ask for less ice

The Cold Brews are shipped to the franchise from another location inside a one-serving can. Therefore, Cold Brews in particular only come in one size. Typically they're served in a medium cup. So, if you order a Cold Brew as a large, you're paying for and ordering that same Cold Brew but having it in a large cup. You're not charged any more than if you were ordering it in a medium cup. Some people do that because they like more ice in their drink. Keep in mind any iced drink you purchase is made first and THEN added to ice.

They make your drink in a tumblr and then dump over ice. When you order light ie, you get an empty space in the top of the cup. That's why their cold cups are so many more ounces of beverage for the same price. (hot lg is 20 and lg iced is 32). They compensate for the ice
