They unfortunately are not safe from cross contamination. I think they may only have 1 oven.

Hi Stephanie, We serve people with celiac disease regularly and have gluten free pizza crust. We take allergies seriously and serve many guests with them. While we cannot 100% guarantee safety due to us being primarily a pizza restaurant (with flour around) we do take EVERY measure we possibly can to ensure peoples safety. We do have 1 oven, but use different ingredients, screens, cutting boards and cutting tools when we get an allergy note on a ticket. We have had great successes serving guests with celiacs. If you have an EXTREME allergy we do ask guests to dine else where simply for their safety. If you are to dine with us make sure you alert your server of your concerns and they will note so on the ticket. If you have any further questions feel free to e-mail us, we are happy to help!
