Pizza crust and sauce are cooked in the oven, cheese and other toppings added later (I really enjoy the sausage, it has just a little spice to it). You can also purchase extra shredded cheese, which is a blend of mozzarella and provolone. The pepperoni rolls are also amazing. Great value, you can order pizza by the slice at a very reasonable price. Enjoy!
I do think that they now offer some you can buy online and cook at home but its worth the drive to just go get some

No, Pizza is ready to eat. It is "Ohio Valley Style" so not to the liking of some. Pizza is cooked, then pepperoni and cheese are added after baking. The steam and residual heat warms the toppings. It's a must if you're from the Upper Ohio River Valley!
