Hello Nancy, Up to a wheelbarrow full of asphalt and concrete can be accepted at the Dubuque Drop Box, as garbage. Our Transfer Stations can accomodate larger amounts. For additional recycling options you can call 425.388.3425 Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
I don't think so..Riverside sand and gravel probably does take that
