Why hasn't the restaurant been open at 5:30 am the past two mornings?

Not sure why they wouldnt be open. Perhaps they are understaffed? Wish i could be of more help.

I don't know if is the reason for the last 2 days, but if all the prep work isn't ready for service, they won't open. They are supposed to open @ 5:00 AM. so that's fairly strange.
