the copy of a marriage license is not $45(that is the fee for the original application). Check probate.clarkcountyohio.gov for your case number and then call or email to ask what the cost will be if you want it certified and mailed.
Probates court and $45 i do believe.
You can go down to the Probate Court and they will be able to get you a copy
