Is this place a good place to trust to change a starter?

Yes

I trusted these people to change out an engine in my 07 Camry. They sold me a sub-standard engine that they said was in good shape ($2,000 for a engine that is burning oil and smokes) then they didn't finish the job. They left the air intake tube disconnected from the air intake manifold and left the air filter cover unfastened. These defects in their workmanship made the engine slightly louder than normal which they blamed on an after-marker exhaust that the car doesn't have. THEY brought up the noise which tells me that they knew there was a problem and refused to do the 5 minutes of inspection that I did to determin the real source of the noise.

I've always found them fair and honest and have been satisfied with their work.
