As stated so well by Alyssa service animals are by law allowed inside the theater while as for sneaking in your pet cat or dog is frowned upon.

If you're asking about Perkins Rowe area in general, yes, dogs are allowed in the outside areas provided youry cleaning up after them, but individual business will determine whether they're allowed in or not.
