Write to Claire's parent company, not the mall q/a forum. You're more likely to get results that way. Give them date/time range and if possible names and they can deal with the employees responsible. Or call and speak with management.
Go to the manager I'm very sure he/she would take care of that employee
File a complaint with the company not the mall
Write to their headquarters or fb page
