Apparently because the person who took my order had to have someone telling him what to say and he would try to repeat and get it wrong! My order was correct on the screen, but even though they came back and asked me what I ordered 4 times, the drink was not even close to right. I ordered unsweetened tea, being pre-diabetic and all, with a splash of the BlackBerry with splenda--as I told the young man repeatedly until he got it right in the screen, and I got a sweet COKE! I went to Sonic specifically because I can get that very drink!

They should be close on Christmas.who doesn't cook for their self. It a holiday
