Brandon, I've been promised at least 3 free pizzas because of orders being delivered incorrectly and taking hours not close to 30 minutes, having to go to the store for pickup rather than delivery because they have no drivers at the worst times, just poor customer service, that said usually the manger at the time handles the problems great it's when we try to collect on the promises the problem arises, then when I've tried to use my free accumulated points, to show you how often we order something usually happens to mess that up. It's become very troublesome, I truly have given up on you guys, so tonight being a glutton for punishment after being on the road for what seems like a month, I'm tired and hungry and am waiting.... I'll give another review later. But thank you for your response, I'll call them tomorrow with the reference number.... Waiting to see... So tonight they finally got it right! About time
Different staff every week for a year... If you can't fix your problems in a year the manager and owner don't care... Closing the store is the best solution.
Were working on getting staff unfortunately we are extremely short on people.
