I called this morning to get a rental via insurance claim. I was told I will be picked up at 1pm. Have not heard from anyone and when I try to call it does not goes through

That's very strange they always pick up. However we had a major storm with flooding on yesterday so not sure if they were impacted

That's odd, they usually pick up by the third ring even when their busy. Check your number and dial again.
