Call ahead or utilize their app/website. We got there at 4 and did not call ahead. The place was packed. We only had a 10-min wait. When we left at 5:30, the indoor waiting was packed as well as the outdoor waiting area.
You can use their ap to get on the waiting list.
They have call ahead and I highly recommend using it as they are usually very busy
