Why don't they answer their phone?

I've never needed to call. I always eat in. I've seen that sometimes it takes a while to answer the phone because they are serving others. But in the restaurant they are friendly, helpful, and efficient. By far my favorite Thai place.

In my experience they only don't answer the phone when they're too busy. In those times to-go orders take longer than usual as well.

Experienced the same thing... What I saw was that unless they are standing right by the phone, they don't answer... And I've seen that the wait staff are always hustling about in their work... Frequently, it is faster going into the restaurant to order for take out, than to call... I know they have a fax though, maybe faxing would help to expedite for you. Nice people. I like the Manager; he is always kind to us.
