My wife can't eat a lot of rice. Would they do lite rice or no rice on there sushi for her?

Try ordering sashimi. It's just the fish. Some places charge you extra if you order sushi, and then don't eat the rice.

I would rule out all-you-can-eat can eat sushi if she can't eat much rice. Instead, just eat the sashimi. Otherwise, I'm certain they can limit the amount of rice if she orders a la carte.

You can order sashimi... but no is the answer to your question. I would recommend going to a place you like and tip a bit better than average and I would say your chef would treat you accordingly. Depends if your old lady is 500 pounds too... lol
