Where in the new testament worship are there instruments during singing

Its actually clear pre-old testament that music was blessed by God. See Gen. 4:21

Colossians 3:16. Psalms are songs sung with the accompaniment of an instrument. "Old English (p)sealm, via ecclesiastical Latin from Greek psalmos ‘song sung to harp music’, from psallein ‘to pluck’." The entomology of the word is undisputed. It's clear from Old Testament example as well that worship to God with instruments is encouraged. There is no place in the New Testament that discourages of prohibits that ongoing form of encouragement and worship.
