They have a minutekey kiosk for copies of keys. The kiosk only works on specific types of keys (like standard door keys) so if you need a special key copied (like a mailbox key) you need to go to a locksmith.
Yes they can make keys. The keys are made by laser readings and cuts are done by the machine. I have never had a bad key unless I give a bad key to have copied.

They make copies of keys. Not exactly the same thing... And they use an automatic copy machine so its not a great cpog but if you just need a cheap copy of a cheap key its fine, but if you have a high end lock they likely cant help you and even if they try, chances are it wont work. Best to buy tools and materials from the hardware store and keys from a locksmith ... Imo.
