What is the process exactly? From info I've gathered...the 2 keys I have can simply be erased and reprogrammed to new pcm using scan tool. And takes only 20-25 mins to do this. Is this correct? I won't need new keys cut will I?

Should be able to. You will need 2 keys in order to program it. Keys trip charge programming would be around $125.00
