I agree the have different hours each day and close on Tuesday not Wednesday. I just left from them an hour ago. Leave a message and request to know the hours.

They open at noon on wednesdays so they should be there. The front office gets super busy, so leave a message if you can. Guessing it's just busy and they're with people in the office itself.
