I used to fish at a public park with no license and nobody ever told me anything different so I thought that you could just come here catch a couple fish release and leave

No U need ur fiahing license to fish there and there is rules of how mnay fish one person can keep there is a brown sign out there that tells u
You have to have a license
I would think you need a license to fish at any public place
Don't know it used to be free but that was years ago
