Megan is correct with the clarification that the launch ramp is owned by the City of Tega Cay. In that sense, it is 'public' but subject to the rules of the city, which require a City Parking Pass in order to use it. Anyone using the ramp must be sure to only park in the Upper Lot, closest to Tega Cay Drive and NOT in the marina's Lower or Middle Lots.
It is private. You must either keep your boat at the marina or be a Tega Cay resident with a parking pass. Nivens Landing on Dam road is public.
