No, but you'll need as much medical paperwork and data as possible. Bring your ID. If there's no one available they 'might' have to set up an appointment for you. They 'can' do an interview over the phone in some cases. Bristol can have a long wait time, I'd get there either at 0840 - before they open and right @ the front door, or, come at 2:30 in the afternoon.
