What time is good to speak to the residents? I would like to speak with my mother several times a week, but can not seem to pick the right time. Can I set up a call time? Thank you.

A lot depends on mom's schedule. Are there certain activities she likes to attend? Synchronize times with her and our staff will assist you. She won't want to miss your call☺

Depends on what her schedule is. Hardest times to answer the phone on my shift are; 430-530p, and 7-9p. I am usually about to stick someone with a needle and the phone rings. Those are med pass times, not a fruitful time to call. First shift I have no answer for. There should be no reason not to get in touch with her.
