The Alamodome has very accessible facilities. With ramps and elevators you can go anywhere.
Everything is pretty much ADA accessible. It may slow you down a little because there aren't an over abundance of elevators but you can navigate pretty much anywhere. Sorry about the foot - so inconvenient and annoying.

There's about million of stairs

Will need an escort during intermission because it crowds easily
