Yes there is. Different rates for different sections of the park. We love this park. I would suggest stay here on your preferred section for a little while to get a feel of the park to see if you want to live here. Also there are a few lots that are for sale by owner already set up. Take a ride thru the park to check them out

There are three separate sections each has a HOA varies. Great place to be 55 and over.

There might be you have to contact them directly they offer deeded lots I dont know if they have a HOA.
