Yes children are allowed ..It was my Daughter Daughter in law 5 year old 2-12 year olds & 2 -15 year olds & myself .. It was alot of fun

I've done a few different (easy) rooms with 12yr olds and it was super fun, but I wouldn't bring kids much younger than that.
