Not sure. It's more of a teenage or adult thing. Toddlers wouldn't have fun and they would make it more difficult to figure out the clues and complete the quest
I think As long as there is an adult there to sign for them. Its supposed to be for the whole family to enjoy. As long as you're having fun it shouldn't matter
I think you have to be a certain age. Everyone has to sign a waiver.
