Why are most of the vendors usually at least an hour late and why are they so rude about it like they're doing you a favor for opening up?

Had the same experience. They nip at your heels but if you bite back, that usually stops them in their tracks.

1st of all they don't know how to run a business, 2nd most of them are not in there to run a business, its more of a hobby for them. Management and owner should put rules into effect for late openers and early closers because that does affect both venders and customers.
