How is the surrounding neighborhood?

I live right up the Street. This Neighborhood is great. The Street leading up to my apartment building is all 1 & 2 family houses that people really take care of. Flowers, up keep, There beautiful. It's a mixed ethnicity. It's funny i grew up in Bridgeport, CT. and my friends that haven't been here yet think it's the Bronx of the 70s. The Bronx has come a long way. We are the next Brooklyn.
