In addition to Karen's comments, there is a limit of 2 dogs per handler, no vicious or aggressive dogs, and no puppies under 4 months old. You can find more information on the website at www.millsriver.org.

As long as they are on a leash in the common area you can let them off the leash in the fenced in areas.
On a leash except in the dog park area. There are two areas one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Clean up after you dog and must stay in the area with the pet. There are benches to sit one and bags for clean up. People bring balls and frisbees and the dogs play where are the rules written I am not for sure
