Its not free its cold wet and bloody but not free they have everything you'll need to have a great time
Most party boats can provide you with a rental rod if you don't have your own, this boat included. The rod will typically be rigged with appropriate tackle. Additional tackle may need to be purchased if you have a break off.
The boats have rentals if you don't own fishing gear.
