You have to go online and put in all your information and the website is called TSA and when you go on the website choose Twic and the application is required for you to put all in your information and you have to bring in some documents that are required like your birth certificate, ID, SSN, etc. The payment of the Twic card is $125.25 and the location is in Savannah but it's gonna take awhile to get your Twic card but you'll get it
