Actually they are open until 11pm on weekdays and 12am on weekends.
Update : they had a fire. They seem to always be hiring, perhaps there's issues with management or employees leaving.
It could be a service problem. We used to visit the store often, but as of recently the food quality has gone down. The corporate office doesn't have anything in place for customers who had a bad experience. Maybe to many complaints.
They are open till 10 pm.
