What are the true hours of this restaurant? I'm here at 5:10 AM and no one is here. The lights are off so it doesn't seem to be opening any time soon. Even the ones that aren't open 24 hours typically open at 5 AM so I'm confused.

I was there around 7:00Am & they was open!! I'm not sure about 5:00AM
