Why do you not turn over your Blizzards. We bought three and only turned over 1. Two were runny and would have poured out. I think its a disgrace and a shame you dont even keep your own word. Will be visting Basken Robbins

I'm sorry you were not happy during your last visit. It is DQ corporate policy that only 1 Blizzard treat is flipped in the drive thru & only 1 flipped on multiple orders inside the store. Give us another try to make your visit a pleasant one.

Smores blizzard is the best. If store us giving you problems contact corporate office or Better business bureau. Manager here is usually reasonable. I'm surprised they didn't give you another.

Its supposed to show you that it does not come out of the cup its not supposed to run I hope they made 2 new ones for you
