Why does the place currently smell like a dirty wet mop? Love eating at Tropical Smoothie but I had to turn around and go eat somewhere else.

That's Interesting and a bit disturbing simultaneously. I personally haven't had that kind of experience there, but perhaps someone there does in fact need to change out the old mop head. I would respectfully recommend that you ask one of the employees to look into your dilemma.

Yeah I've never had any problems there. Maybe the mop bucket was left out.
