Go to the service desk and ask to speak to the manager. They are very accessible to customers. If your complaint is about a product, you might also want to talk to the manufacturer's customer service department. Everyone please remember to also tell management when you get GOOD service or products! Clerks can get bonuses if they earn praise for outstanding service. Well you can either go to the customer service section or if you have a receipt call the 1 800 number or jus call to the wards rd store and speak to the general manager.
